Welcome to Sylvan Lake Bouncy Castles! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, services, or products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our online store or renting our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services Provided

Sylvan Lake Bouncy Castles provides rental of inflatable bounce houses and other party equipment. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.

3. Booking and Payment

• To secure your requested rental date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due either one hour prior to delivery (if paying electronically) or at the time of delivery (if paying in cash).
• All prices include tax and are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental date will receive a full refund of any amount paid, including the non-refundable deposit.
• For cancellations due to inclement weather, the deposit will be refunded only if an alternate date cannot be arranged.
• We prioritize safety and will work with you to reschedule or cancel in weather-related situations.

5. Delivery and Setup

• Delivery and setup are free within the Sylvan Lake area.
• For locations outside of Sylvan Lake, a delivery fee of $2.00 per kilometer (one way only) will apply.
• Customers must ensure the setup area is clear of obstacles, pet waste, and sharp objects before delivery.
• A responsible adult (18+) must be present during delivery and pickup.
• We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Use of Equipment

• Rented equipment must be used in accordance with the safety guidelines provided.
• The customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from improper use.
• No food, drink, shoes, or sharp objects are allowed on/in the inflatables.
• The equipment must not be moved after setup.

7. Damage and Liability

• The customer is liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Sylvan Lake Bouncy Castles is not responsible for injuries sustained while using our equipment. Use at your own risk.
• We carry liability insurance, but this does not cover customer negligence or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sylvan Lake Bouncy Castles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or equipment.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
